Yu:ki Ruwi venue nestled among gum trees at dusk

About Yu:ki Ruwi

Our Story

A welcoming place to bring people together — for weddings, stays, and the shared moments in between, among the gum trees at Currency Creek.

The Beginning

It started over dinner

Zoe & Talia had an idea over a dinner catch-up one night — to create a space for people to be in nature. They talked about dream jobs, and suddenly they had Yu:ki Ruwi.

The Name

Yu:ki Ruwi

Yu:ki Ruwi means Canoe Country in Ngarrindjeri. The property and its buildings were named in collaboration with MIPAAC — a way of honouring the land and the people who have always gathered here.

The Place

Among the gum trees

Set among the gum trees at Currency Creek, the property was formerly One Paddock Winery. Reimagined with a retro, mid-century soul and an honest industrial edge — a quiet, curated place to gather.
